ELIGIBILITY
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• You have 1 calendar day to return an item from the date you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

MENTION THE ISSUE
• Attach pictures of damaged product. At least 5 pictures of different angles.
• Subject of Email: Problem With *Order Id*
• Confirmation mail for Return Request will be sent in 48 Hours by WillAge Sports
• Pickup will be done within 10 business days.

SETTLEMENT OF ISSUE
• After thorough checking of the return product, if found unused & in same condition in which it was sold.
Refund will be initiated.
• Refund will be initiated within 72 hrs. From when the procedure of “checking of products that they were
unused & in the same condition in which they were sold” completes, you will get an e-mail confirmation
that the refund is initiated.
• Within 5-7 business days from the date of initiating a refund, you will receive a refund via online transaction method.

NOTE: Based on our assessment, the WILLAGE Sports team retains the right to accept or refuse the return and will choose the adapted solution of return or partial refund. You can only return the product, currently there is no replacement option.

No products are to be returned without written authorization from WILLAGE Sports and then only in accordance with WILLAGE Sports terms and instructions. Buyer is responsible for all costs of shipment for returns (which is around 100 to 300 INR). Returned products must arrive at WILLAGE Sports facility in the same condition they were in when originally shipped by WILLAGE Sports. Absolutely no returns will be authorized on product which has been installed, used or product which has been kept for more than three days. Absolutely no returns will be authorized on product that is custom in nature.
