Criss-Cross Drill
The Criss-Cross Drill works on multiple body postures; during this drill, change of direction with different angles, and change of footwork are simultaneously emphasized.
Pro-Agility Drill
This drill also requires 3 cones, also known as the 5-10-5, the most popular combine drill which is used to measure rapidity and agility. This drill requires a series of complete changes of direction with fast reaction time. Straightway, improves overall speed movement.
3 Step Front Back
This is a reaction movement which can done along with a training partner or coach. This drill focus on enhancing the reaction time of the athlete. The aim is to react with speed and sprint to the different cones.
3 Cone Drill / 90 Degree Drill
The 3 Cone or “20 Degree Drill” is used to measure speed and agility of the sports person. Multiple changes of direction in a small space is required in this drill.
Run Shuffle Run
This drill is mostly practiced by soccer, baseball, tennis, basketball players for improving their form while getting in and out of any position with speed for enhancing the lateral shuffle. Moreover, this drill works on foot strength and core strength, for fast pace movement of sports person.
Side Shuffle Run
Changing direction with a lateral shuffle requires abdomen and thigh strength, which is the prime focus of this drill. This is another great drill for defensive players, as it enhances the high sped close movements.
Staggered Shuffle
The staggered shuttle is another version of the pro agility shuffle. Similarly, the movements are quite same. Specifically, this drill includes is a quick change of direction that forces your overall foot muscles to get your footwork set into a powerful position.
